What you'll do
- Coordinate work activities and process flow with Operations Managers; assign tasks, give work direction, and monitor progress.
- Promote safety, identify training needs, participate in root cause analysis, and conduct control plan and standard work audits.
- Assess product flow and quality and recommend or make adjustments to meet operational goals.

- Ability to lift and carry 47 lbs. frequently and up to 60 lbs. occasionally, and work within a process path for the full shift.
- Ability to access all areas of the distribution center, including the mezzanine; read and comprehend department/product documentation; and perform basic math.

Pay
$25.96 - $46.68 per hour (base salary); $2.00 to $3.50 per hour shift differential (additional compensation)
