Leads Target’s Beauty team to deliver guest service, develop team members, and manage department sales, workload, merchandising, and operations.
What you'll do
- Coach and hold team members accountable for guest experience, service, safety, and operational standards.
- Plan and assign daily and weekly work, including merchandising, pricing, promotions, and sales-floor upkeep.
- Review guest, financial, and team metrics and act to improve results and guest experience.
