Leads Target’s Beauty team to deliver guest-focused service, manage department operations, develop team members, and achieve sales goals.
What you'll do
- Coach and hold team members accountable for guest service, product knowledge, and safe, inclusive operations.
- Plan and assign daily and weekly workloads, including merchandising, pricing, promotions, and maintaining product availability.
- Review guest, financial, and team metrics; take action to improve results and support hiring, onboarding, and team development.
