What you'll do
- Lead closing routines and prioritize work across business areas to meet store strategies and sales goals while maintaining the guest experience.
- Coach and develop team members, support onboarding, and communicate priorities and performance feedback with store leadership.
- Support store operations, guest services, physical security, safety, and compliance, including responding to emergencies.
