Leads the store’s closing team and routines, coaching team members and coordinating operations to support guest service, sales goals, safety, and store readiness.
What you'll do
- Lead closing routines, prioritize workloads across business areas, and help prepare departments for the next day.
- Model and coach guest service, team development, and accountability; support hiring, onboarding, and performance feedback.
- Support store operations, security, safety, compliance, and guest services, including order pickup and Drive-up.
