Leads the store’s closing operations, coaching team members and coordinating guest service, workload, safety, and business priorities to meet store goals.
What you'll do
- Lead closing routines and coordinate store workload, zoning, in-stock conditions, and readiness for the next day.
- Coach and develop team members, support hiring and onboarding, and hold the team accountable to performance and safety expectations.
- Deliver guest service while supporting store sales, operations, security, compliance, and emergency response.
