What you'll do
- Lead and coach team members on guest service, closing routines, workload, and performance expectations.
- Coordinate store operations and priorities with leaders to support sales results, readiness for the next day, and the guest experience.
- Model and uphold safety, security, and compliance processes, including responding to emergencies and supporting guest services.
