What you'll do
- Lead preventive and predictive maintenance, emergency repairs, capital projects, vendor management, and reliability improvements.
- Recruit, coach, and develop maintenance teams; enforce safety practices and applicable sanitation and ammonia refrigeration compliance.
- Oversee facility assets, lifecycle planning, and OpEx and CapEx budgets while using maintenance data to control costs and improve performance.
