What you'll do
- Plan and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance, emergency repairs, capital projects, vendors, and facility systems.
- Lead and develop maintenance staff; enforce safety standards and, in Food & Beverage operations, sanitation and ammonia refrigeration compliance.
- Manage asset life-cycle planning and OpEx/CapEx budgets, using maintenance data and predictive technologies to improve reliability and control costs.
