Executive Team Leader (ASM) of Human Resources

What you'll do

• Lead and develop HR staff and store leaders; drive training, accountability, engagement, and inclusive team culture.
• Manage staffing, hiring, onboarding, scheduling, employee concerns, investigations, and HR programs such as pay, rewards, and benefits.
• Support store operations through safety, security, compliance, guest experience, and regular store-level leadership on duty.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, business acumen, and ability to manage conflict and hold others accountable
• Strong analytical skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis
• Ability to prioritize workload independently and work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, overnights, and holidays

Pay

$64,000.00 - $128,000.00 USD base salary
