Leads Target’s Service & Engagement teams to improve guest experience, service, sales, staffing, and front-of-store operations.
What you'll do
- Build, coach, and develop Guest Advocates and leaders to deliver friendly service, reduce wait times, and resolve guest concerns.
- Manage staffing, schedules, training, and performance to support guest traffic and business needs.
- Use sales, reporting, and guest feedback to identify opportunities and improve service and store results.
