What you'll do

• Drive sales and guest experience by setting team goals, scheduling coverage, and managing department workload.
• Lead merchandising, pricing, replenishment, backroom processes, and visual presentations across specialty areas.
• Recruit, coach, develop, and hold team members and leaders accountable for performance, safety, and compliance.
