Executive Team Leader Specialty Sales (Assistant Manager Merchandising and Service) - South Orange County, CA

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, recruit, and manage team members and Team Leaders, setting expectations and supporting performance.
• Plan and oversee sales, merchandising, pricing, workload, scheduling, replenishment, and visual presentations across specialty departments.
• Build a guest-first culture, use sales and guest insights to guide business decisions, and maintain safe and compliant operations.

Pay

$83,200.00 - $130,000.00 (base salary)
