Facility Attendant 1 (Y2)

What you'll do

• Support preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment installation, and facility repairs across mechanical, electrical-assistance, plumbing, carpentry, and other upkeep tasks.
• Maintain PIT batteries and Label Tec Printers; operate tools and equipment, remove waste, and assist with grounds and snow removal.
• Document work orders and maintenance activity, follow safety procedures, and use PPE.

What they ask for

• Valid driver’s license for the state of employment.
• Able to use maintenance tools such as saws and drills and be certified to operate all power equipment.
• Able to work independently and with a team, communicate effectively, use basic math, read instructions, and work with minimal supervision.
• Meet the stated physical demands, including regularly lifting up to 47 lbs. and occasionally up to 60 lbs.

Pay

$24.70 USD per hour (base salary); $2.00 to $3.50 USD per hour (shift differential)
