Leads Target’s Food & Beverage team to deliver guest service and sales goals while maintaining fresh, in-stock, accurately priced, and food-safe departments.
What you'll do
- Plan and assign daily and weekly workloads, monitor results, and improve sales, guest experience, and operational execution.
- Hire, train, coach, and hold team members accountable; coordinate with store leaders and vendors.
- Maintain food safety, inventory, merchandising, pricing, safety, and compliance standards.
