About the job
Leads Target’s Food & Beverage team to maintain fresh, safe, accurately priced and in-stock products while delivering guest service and sales goals.
What you'll do
- Plan and assign daily and weekly work; monitor execution, inventory, food safety, merchandising and business results.
- Lead, train, coach and hold team members accountable for guest experience, operating standards and safety.
- Coordinate with store leaders and vendors, and support hiring, guest services and store compliance.

- Able to lead and hold others accountable, communicate effectively, prioritize workload and work independently and on a team.
- Able to meet physical and schedule requirements, including lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds and working variable shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Pay
$21.25 - $23.25 per hour (base salary); $21.25 - $36.15 per hour (base salary)
