Leads Target’s Food & Beverage team and daily operations to maintain fresh, safe, in-stock products, meet sales goals, and deliver a positive guest experience.
What you'll do
- Plan and assign daily and weekly workload, monitor business results, and drive department sales, merchandising, pricing, and promotions.
- Train, coach, develop, and hold team members accountable for guest service, operational standards, food safety, and safe work practices.
- Manage inventory and vendor partnerships, maintain food availability and freshness, and support store leadership and guest services.
