About the job
Leads a store Food & Beverage team to deliver guest service, sales goals, food safety, freshness, inventory accuracy, and daily operational standards.
What you'll do
- Assigns and follows up on team workload, coaching and developing team members while holding them accountable to operational and guest-service standards.
- Reviews business and team metrics, plans department workload, and executes merchandising, pricing, inventory, and promotional priorities.
- Maintains food safety, product freshness and availability, safety and compliance practices, and vendor partnerships.
