About the job
Leads Target’s Food & Beverage team to maintain fresh, safe, in-stock and accurately priced products while delivering guest service and sales goals.
What you'll do
- Plan and assign daily and weekly workload; monitor execution, business trends and results, and coach team members.
- Oversee food safety, freshness, inventory, merchandising, pricing and vendor partnerships across Food & Beverage areas.
- Support hiring, training, guest services, safety and compliance, and occasionally assume store-level leadership duties.
