Leads Target’s Food & Beverage team to maintain fresh, safe, accurately priced and in-stock products while delivering guest service and sales goals.
What you'll do
- Plan and assign daily and weekly workloads; monitor execution, business results and food safety standards.
- Train, coach and hold team members accountable while supporting hiring, onboarding and team development.
- Manage inventory, merchandising, pricing, promotions and vendor partnerships; support store operations and compliance.
