About the job
Leads a Food & Beverage team to deliver guest service, maintain food safety and product availability, and meet department sales and workload goals.
What you'll do
- Plan and assign daily and weekly work; monitor progress, sales, and business trends to improve execution.
- Train, coach, and hold team members accountable while supporting hiring, onboarding, and team development.
- Maintain food safety, freshness, inventory, pricing, merchandising, and compliance standards; partner with vendors and store leadership.
