About the job
Leads the store’s Food & Beverage team to deliver a guest-focused experience and meet sales goals through fresh, safe, well-stocked departments and effective team operations.
What you'll do
- Plan and assign daily and weekly workload; monitor execution, sales trends, inventory, freshness, pricing, and food safety.
- Train, coach, evaluate, and hold team members accountable while supporting hiring and onboarding.
- Partner with store leaders and vendors, uphold operating and safety standards, and support guest services and occasional store-level leadership.
