About the job
Leads Target’s Food & Beverage team to maintain fresh, safe, accurately priced and in-stock products while delivering guest service and department sales goals.
What you'll do
- Plan and assign daily and weekly work; monitor execution and business results to improve sales, inventory, freshness and guest experience.
- Train, coach and hold team members accountable, and coordinate hiring, onboarding and development.
- Maintain food safety, operational, safety and compliance standards; partner with store leadership and vendors.
