About the job
Leads Target’s Food & Beverage team and daily operations to maintain fresh, safe, in-stock and accurately priced products while delivering a strong guest experience and sales results.
What you'll do
- Plan and assign team workload; coach, train and hold team members accountable for execution and guest service.
- Manage food freshness, safety, inventory, presentation, pricing, promotions and sales-floor standards.
- Partner with store leadership and vendors, and support hiring, compliance, safety and other store operations.

- Ability to lead and hold others accountable, communicate effectively, and prioritize tasks independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, remain mobile during shifts, and frequently lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds without additional assistance.

Pay
USD $20.25 - $22.25 per hour (starting pay range; base salary); USD $20.25 - $34.45 per hour (full pay range; base salary)
