Leads Target’s Food & Beverage team to maintain fresh, safe, accurately priced and available products while delivering guest service and department sales goals.
What you'll do
- Assigns and follows up on daily team workloads, coaching and holding team members accountable to operating and guest-service standards.
- Manages food safety, freshness, inventory, merchandising, pricing and promotional execution in Food & Beverage areas.
- Partners with store leaders and vendors, reviews business metrics, and supports hiring, training and store operations.
