Leads Target’s Food & Beverage team and daily operations to keep products fresh, in stock, safe, accurately priced, and deliver a strong guest experience.
What you'll do
- Plan and assign daily and weekly workloads, monitor results, and take action to meet sales and guest-experience goals.
- Train, coach, develop, and hold team members accountable for service, operational, food-safety, and safety standards.
- Manage inventory, freshness, presentation, pricing, promotions, vendor partnerships, and compliance across Food & Beverage areas.
