About the job
Leads a store Food & Beverage team to deliver guest service, maintain fresh and food-safe inventory and presentation, and meet sales and operational goals.
What you'll do
- Plan and assign daily and weekly workload; monitor execution and business metrics to improve results.
- Train, coach, develop, and hold team members accountable for guest experience, operating standards, and safety.
- Maintain in-stock, fresh, accurately priced food areas through inventory routines, merchandising, vendor partnerships, and food-safety practices.
