About the job
Leads Target’s Food & Beverage team to maintain fresh, safe, accurately priced and available products while delivering guest service and sales goals.
What you'll do
- Plan and assign daily and weekly workload; monitor execution, business metrics and food safety standards.
- Train, coach and hold team members accountable while supporting hiring, onboarding and development.
- Coordinate with store leadership and vendors to maintain product availability, brand standards and guest experience.
