About the job
Leads a Food & Beverage team to maintain fresh, safe, accurately priced and available products while delivering guest service and department sales goals.
What you'll do
- Plan and assign team workload; coach, train and hold team members accountable for standards and results.
- Oversee food freshness, food safety, inventory, merchandising, pricing and vendor partnerships.
- Review business and guest metrics, coordinate with store leadership, and support store operations and compliance.
