Leads Target’s Food & Beverage team to deliver a strong guest experience while managing food safety, inventory, merchandising, workload, and sales goals.
What you'll do
- Assigns and follows up on team tasks, coaching team members and supporting hiring, training, and development.
- Maintains fresh, in-stock, accurately priced, and food-safe departments; manages daily operations, merchandising, and promotions.
- Reviews business results and coordinates with store leaders and vendors to improve execution and guest experience.
