Leads Target’s Food & Beverage team and daily operations to maintain fresh, safe, accurately priced, and available products while delivering guest experience and sales goals.
What you'll do
- Plan and assign daily and weekly workload; monitor execution, business metrics, inventory, freshness, food safety, pricing, and merchandising.
- Train, coach, develop, and hold team members accountable while supporting hiring, onboarding, and team communication.
- Partner with store leaders and vendors, uphold safety and compliance, and support guest services and store leadership as needed.
