Leads Target’s Food & Beverage team to deliver guest service and meet sales goals while maintaining fresh, in-stock, accurately priced, and food-safe areas.
What you'll do
- Plan and assign team workloads; coach, train, and hold team members accountable for standards and results.
- Oversee food safety, freshness, inventory, pricing, merchandising, and vendor partnerships.
- Monitor business and guest outcomes, collaborate with store leaders, and support store operations and compliance.
