About the job
Leads a store Food & Beverage team to maintain fresh, safe, accurately priced and available products while delivering guest service and sales goals.
What you'll do
- Plan and assign workload; oversee merchandising, replenishment, inventory, food safety, pricing and promotional execution.
- Train, coach and hold team members accountable, and use business metrics to identify improvements and drive results.
- Partner with store leaders and vendors; support hiring, guest services, safety, compliance and occasional store-level leadership duties.
