Leads Target’s Food & Beverage team and daily operations to maintain fresh, safe, in-stock products while meeting sales goals and delivering a strong guest experience.
What you'll do
- Plan and assign daily and weekly work, monitor execution, and take action based on business results and workload needs.
- Train, coach, develop, and hold team members accountable for guest service, food safety, and operational standards.
- Manage inventory, merchandising, pricing, promotions, vendor partnerships, and compliance across Food & Beverage areas.
