Leads Target’s Food & Beverage team to maintain fresh, safe, accurately priced and in-stock products while delivering guest service and department sales goals.
What you'll do
- Plan and assign daily and weekly work; monitor execution, sales and operating results, and address opportunities.
- Train, coach and hold team members accountable while supporting hiring, onboarding and development.
- Maintain food safety, inventory, presentation and compliance standards, and coordinate with store leaders and vendors.
