About the job
Leads Target’s Food & Beverage team to maintain fresh, safe, accurately priced and in-stock products while delivering guest service and meeting sales goals.
What you'll do
- Plan and assign daily and weekly work; monitor execution, inventory, freshness, food safety, pricing and merchandising.
- Train, coach and hold team members accountable; support hiring, onboarding and team development.
- Review business results, coordinate with store leaders and vendors, and support safety, compliance and guest-service operations.
