About the job
Leads Target’s Food & Beverage team to maintain fresh, safe, accurately priced and available products while delivering guest service and meeting sales and operational goals.
What you'll do
- Plan and assign daily and weekly workload; monitor execution, business results, inventory, food safety and sales-floor standards.
- Lead, train, coach and hold team members accountable for guest experience, safety and operational performance.
- Partner with store leadership and vendors, support hiring and onboarding, and assist with store services and occasional leader-on-duty responsibilities.
