Leads Target’s food service team and daily operations to deliver a strong guest experience while maintaining food safety, freshness, inventory accuracy, and sales results.
What you'll do
- Plan and assign daily and weekly workloads, coach team members, and support hiring, onboarding, and development.
- Monitor guest, financial, and team metrics; improve execution, sales, guest engagement, and food service routines.
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, inventory, production, and applicable Starbucks or Pizza Hut brand standards.
