What you'll do
- Assigns and oversees daily work, coaches team members, and supports hiring, training, and development.
- Plans department workload and monitors sales, inventory, production, food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards.
- Supports store safety, compliance, guest services, and occasional store-level leadership duties.
