Leads Target’s food service team and daily operations to deliver a safe, fresh, well-stocked department and a strong guest experience.
What you'll do
- Plan and assign daily and weekly work to meet sales and business priorities; coach, train, and hold team members accountable.
- Oversee food safety, cleaning routines, inventory, production, pricing, and applicable Starbucks and Pizza Hut standards.
- Review guest, financial, and team outcomes, address gaps, and support store-level leadership and guest services as needed.
