What you'll do
- Plan and assign daily and weekly work to meet business priorities, guest needs, and sales goals.
- Coach, train, and hold team members accountable for guest service, operational routines, and brand standards.
- Oversee food safety, production, inventory, ordering, merchandising, and compliance routines.
