About the job
Leads a store food service team to deliver guest service, food safety, freshness, inventory accuracy, and sales goals.
What you'll do
- Plans daily and weekly workloads, assigns tasks, and coaches team members to meet business priorities and guest experience commitments.
- Oversees food safety, cleaning routines, production, inventory, in-stocks, and applicable Starbucks and Pizza Hut standards.
- Reviews business and team results, addresses gaps, and supports hiring, training, safety, and store operations.
