Leads Target’s food service team and daily operations to deliver a strong guest experience while maintaining food safety, freshness, inventory accuracy, and sales performance.
What you'll do
- Assigns and oversees daily team workload, coaching and holding team members accountable for guest service and operational standards.
- Manages food safety, cleaning routines, inventory, production quantities, in-stocks, and applicable Starbucks and Pizza Hut standards.
- Reviews business results and executes sales plans, promotions, hiring, onboarding, and team development.
