About the job
Leads store fulfillment operations and team members to complete pickup and ship-from-store orders accurately, efficiently, and to guest service standards.
What you'll do
- Plan and oversee fulfillment workloads, monitor results, and address gaps in quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Train, coach, and hold team members accountable while supporting hiring, onboarding, and development.
- Promote guest service, safety, food safety, security, and compliance standards.
