Leads store fulfillment operations and team members to fulfill pickup and ship-from-store orders accurately, efficiently, and to guest service standards.
What you'll do
- Plan and oversee daily fulfillment workload, using reporting and metrics to address gaps and meet delivery, freshness, and service standards.
- Train, coach, and hold team members accountable while developing a guest-first, safe, and inclusive team culture.
- Support store operations, including safety, security, compliance, and guest services as needed.
