Leads store fulfillment operations and hourly team members to ensure orders are picked, packed, and delivered accurately, efficiently, and to guest service standards.
What you'll do
- Plan and oversee daily fulfillment workload, including pickup and ship-from-store orders, to meet delivery, freshness, accuracy, and service standards.
- Coach, train, evaluate, and hold team members accountable while improving performance using guest, financial, and team metrics.
- Promote safety, food safety, security, and compliance; occasionally assume store-level leadership-on-duty responsibilities.
