Leads store fulfillment operations and a team of hourly team members to fulfill pickup and ship-from-store orders accurately, safely, and on time while supporting a guest-first experience.
What you'll do
- Plan and oversee fulfillment workloads, monitor reporting and outcomes, and improve execution to meet delivery, freshness, service, and sales goals.
- Train, coach, develop, and hold team members accountable for guest service, quality, accuracy, safety, and operational standards.
- Support store operations, including safety and compliance, merchandise protection, and guest services as needed.
