Leads store fulfillment operations and a team of hourly team members to fulfill pickup and ship-from-store orders accurately, efficiently, and to guest service standards.
What you'll do
- Plan and oversee fulfillment workload, using reports and metrics to address gaps and meet delivery, freshness, and service standards.
- Train, coach, develop, and hold team members accountable for guest experience, quality, accuracy, safety, and operational execution.
- Support store operations through safety, security, compliance, and occasional store-level leadership duties.
