What you'll do
- Plan and lead daily fulfillment workload, coaching team members and holding them accountable for quality, accuracy, timeliness, and service.
- Review guest, financial, team, and fulfillment metrics to identify gaps and take action to improve outcomes and efficiency.
- Support store safety, security, compliance, training, and other guest-service operations as needed.
