About the job
Leads store fulfillment operations and hourly team members to pick, prepare, pack, sort, and ship orders accurately, safely, and on time while supporting a strong guest experience.
What you'll do
- Plan and oversee daily fulfillment workload, pickup, and ship-from-store operations; review reporting and address gaps in quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Train, coach, develop, and hold team members accountable while supporting hiring and onboarding.
- Promote guest service, safety, food safety, security, and compliance; occasionally assume store-level leadership on duty.
